It was an amazing experience in an ideal and fantastic hotel. The location was exceptional, close to Joko Dolog Statue. A shopping mall and a big shopping mall were right next door. The service was top-notch with parking by venue.

It was a very nice old hotel in a beautiful area. Next to a beach resort, Tunjungan Plaza, and a business center. The location of the venue was good - at walking distance from Pointed Bamboo Monument. Fantastic breakfast and other services were top-notch!

We were pleasantly surprised by the great ambience and stunning views at Bumi Surabaya City Resort. The food was delicious and we loved the refreshing scent of lemongrass throughout the hotel. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and efficient, especially the cook who remembered our orders flawlessly. Our kids had a fantastic time, finding the hotel to be cozy and inviting. we highly recommend this hotel for its atmosphere, dining options, and beautiful surroundings.

The hotel complex is very noble. The staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable. The pressure of the water at the shower are very good. The breakfast is in buffet format & very varied! The lady at the Egg station is wonderful! The restaurant/bar in the garden is beautiful, especially in the evening

Unfortunately the glass door of the shower was absolutely dirty. The sink was not cleaned properly either.

Had a wonderful stay over the New Year period. The spacious rooms were very clean and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a great variety of food to suit all tastes. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the beautiful green surroundings, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

That some of the facilities could do with a bit of updating. While everything was clean and well-maintained, some of the decor felt a bit old-fashioned.
